Label Transparency

The number that matters is on the back of the bottle.

Most supplement labels quote compound weight on the front and bury the elemental dose in the panel. We print both, on every bottle, because one number without the other is not a comparison anyone can make.

What we print, and why

Elemental dose alongside compound weight. A capsule of 2,500 mg magnesium glycinate contains roughly 275 mg of magnesium. Both figures belong on the label; only one of them is the dose.

The form, in the panel. Glycinate, citrate and oxide are not interchangeable. The form goes in parentheses beneath the nutrient, where the standard says it should.

No proprietary blends. A blend that hides the dose of each ingredient has told you a story and withheld the arithmetic.
