Shipping
Orders ship from our fulfillment facility at 1615 Lakes Pkwy, Ste C, Lawrenceville, GA 30043. Orders placed on a business day are typically processed within 1–2 business days; weekend and holiday orders are processed the next business day.
Domestic carriers are USPS and UPS. Transit times are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Tracking is emailed once your parcel receives its first carrier scan.
Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Try any Elite BioNutrition product. If you are not satisfied with your first bottle of a product, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund it or issue store credit — your choice. No restocking fee, and no need to ship anything back: we will ask you to dispose of the remainder responsibly rather than mail it to us.
The guarantee covers one bottle per product per customer. Additional unopened bottles of the same product may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original sealed packaging for a full refund; you are responsible for return shipping on unopened returns.
Because dietary supplements are consumable goods, opened product beyond the first-bottle guarantee cannot be returned or resold.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, is defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the product and packaging. We will send a replacement at no cost — no return shipment required.
