NAC Plus pairs 300 mg of N-acetyl-cysteine with a 288 mg NAC Excel Blend™ of organic turmeric rhizome, organic milk thistle seed, and green tea leaf extract. One capsule per serving in a plant-source capsule.

NAC is the acetylated form of the amino acid cysteine, and cysteine is the rate-limiting building block the body uses to make glutathione – which is why NAC and glutathione formulas so often sit side by side. Milk thistle has the longest traditional association with liver support of any Western herb, and its seed contains the silymarin complex. Turmeric and green tea contribute curcuminoids and catechins respectively.

Positioned as the precursor counterpart to the Glutathione Complex, this SKU lets a brand offer both routes – direct glutathione or the amino acid the body builds it from. Take one capsule daily, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
